Services

Four things we're annoyingly good at.

Build, connect, think, advise. Most projects are two of these at once. The common thread: you own what we build.

01 / Build

Software shaped like your business.

NeoSaaS. Built to fit, yours to keep.

Off-the-shelf software means paying for alterations forever. We build the thing that fits: customer portals, order systems, dashboards, warehouse and dealer platforms, the internal tool that finally retires the shared inbox.

You own it. The code lives in your repository. It runs on your cloud, on ours, or on a box in your closet. We host it, monitor it, patch it and change it when your business changes, like SaaS would. Or we hand it over and wave. Either way, nobody can raise your rent.

What we've built this way: a warehouse management system that has shipped 31 million packages, a multi-tenant dealer-network platform, an AI app builder with its own workflow engine, and a lot of quieter things with three users who love them.

Good forBusinesses whose process is their advantage and shouldn't be bent to fit a vendor.
Typical shapeA clickable version in weeks. Production in a quarter. Then it grows with you.
StackLaravel, PHP, Vue, Node, Python, MySQL and PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker.
HostingOurs, yours, or on-premise. Encrypted credentials, per-tenant isolation, backups you can test.
02 / Connect

Make the systems talk.

Shopify to the ERP. Stripe to the books. The warehouse to four carriers.

Every business is five systems that don't talk and one person who re-types between them. We retire that person's worst job. Orders, inventory, customers, invoices and tracking numbers move on their own, and the humans get told only when something needs a human.

Shopify. Custom apps and private integrations. OAuth, catalog and order sync, fulfillment and tracking pushed back to the store, hand-offs to the ERP and the warehouse. We wrote the native Shopify adapter in CannonWMS and the SKU-sharing between DealerYes and Shopify storefronts.

Stripe. Subscriptions, metered usage, per-seat and per-location pricing, multi-client invoicing, dunning, and invoices that reconcile to QuickBooks. We bill our own products on it.

ERP, CRM and carriers. NetSuite, SAP and SAP/HANA, Sage, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, EasyPost, Ryder. Boomi when you already own it. If it has an API, we've probably argued with it.

Good forAnyone with a "sync spreadsheet," a nightly CSV, or a person whose title is secretly "human API."
ReceiptsSalesforce, Marketing Cloud and SAP unified across four countries. NetSuite and Deposco middleware after two prior attempts stalled.
StyleWebhooks over polling. Idempotent everything. Logs a human can read at 2 a.m.
HandoverDocumented, monitored, and yours.
03 / Think

AI that does actual work.

Agents that finish the job, then ask before spending money.

Every opinion below cost us an outage or an invoice.

Agents with a person in the loop. Any step can pause, wait for a human, and resume exactly where it stopped. Review-before-send is built into the platform once, not reinvented per workflow. The AI drafts the purchase order. A person clicks approve.

MCP servers for your data. Model Context Protocol is how a model reaches your tools safely. We build MCP servers for databases, file stores and the weird old system in the corner, with permissions and an audit trail. We open-sourced FastMCPHP so you can see how we do it.

Private models when the data can't leave. For HIPAA, SOX and GDPR work we default to on-premise or private-cloud inference. Our MariaDB-to-LLM bridge lets you ask a database plain-English questions with zero data egress.

Cost tiering and evals. Frontier models plan, cheaper models execute, tasks escalate one tier on failure. Reviews run on a different model than the one that did the work, because a model is blindest to its own mistakes. A headless test agent drives the result before anyone calls it done. You'll know your cost per completed task.

Good forOperations-heavy businesses where a task done 200 times a day is worth automating, and where a mistake is worth a human check.
ModelsClaude, OpenAI, and local models via Ollama. Routed by policy, not hard-coded.
ComplianceOn-premise deployment, MCP-mediated access, per-tenant isolation, sandboxed agents.
Honesty clauseWe'll tell you when AI is the wrong tool. It's more often than the ads suggest.
04 / Advise

A CTO, by the hour.

Build, buy, integrate, or leave it alone.

There's a stretch every growing company hits between "we need a CTO" and "we can afford a CTO." We fill it. Someone who has architected a platform from $100 million to over a billion in volume, led a team of nine engineers, unified enterprise data across four countries, and still ships code most weeks.

What that looks like: architecture and vendor reviews before you sign. Build-versus-buy with actual numbers. An AI plan that says what to automate, what to leave to people, and how you'll know it worked. Interviewing your engineers. Reading the contract the agency sent. Occasionally, "don't build that," which is the most valuable sentence we sell.

Good forFounders and operators who need senior technical judgment without a senior technical salary.
FormatsA one-off review, a monthly retainer, or a seat at the leadership table for a while.
BackgroundEcommerce, fulfillment, fintech, dealer channels, enterprise integration, applied AI.

Let's talk

Tell us what hurts.

We'll tell you if it's a build, a buy, or a bad idea.
